With more than 61,000 square feet, Sterling Oaks offers the Katy community 126-beds for short-term rehabilitation as well as extended stay. We are a luxurious community focused on wellness and independence through Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Services. We offer Short Stay and Extended Care services. Sterling Oaks Rehabilitation is located at the corner of Franz Rd, and Katy Fort Bend Rd, with easy access to Hwy 99 and Interstate 10 In close proximity to Memorial Hermann Katy Medical Center.

Sterling Oaks Rehabilitation is proud of its history in the community and we treasure our relationships with residents and families. We strive to maximize and enhance the quality of life of our residents in a compassionate and professional environment. The need for long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation may not occur under ideal circumstances. A fall, stroke, or brief illness can deprive us of our customary feeling of independence and security. Fortunately, we have a team of trained professionals that will assist in developing individualized plans of care, in order to achieve desired goals.
